Meet and greet visitors from all over the country and the world!
You don't need to be a Shelburne Falls and west county expert! Just be enthusiastic about helping our many visitors explore all there is to enjoy in our area.
We have lots of resources to help you. And, you'll have an orientation and an option to buddy up on your first couple of shifts.
Our 2025 season goes from Friday, April 25 to Sunday, November 2.
- We are open every day.
- There are two 3-hour shifts per day: 10am - 1pm and 1pm - 4 pm.
