Description
CHAIR YOGA classes with Jean Erlbaum will be held at the Montague Senior Center, 62 5th St., Turners Falls, Ma. on Tuesdays from 10:30 - 11:15a.m. These classes offer a good stretch and strengthening for muscles, oiling for joints and fun! People from all towns are invited and of all skill levels, including folks in wheelchairs. There is a discounted price of $2.00 for each class. Pre-registration is not required.
