Generation Sustain Venture Space (GSVS)

(1/15/09) The Generation Sustain Venture Space (GSVS) project that is being spearheaded by five locally grown entrepreneurs is now four months into its first year of development and its doors are officially open for business. The GSVS is a co-working office facility designed to encourage productivity, collaboration, and responsible business practices while empowering creative ideas and acting as a hub for positive sustainable initiatives by offering a multitude a work and meeting environments on the third floor of the McCusker's Market Building in downtown Shelburne Falls.

Our spaces include two private meeting conference rooms that seat up to 12 people, two lounges, a cafe eating area, a kitchenette, two bathrooms, work spaces for our parttime tenants, library resources, and the large ballroom facing the the bridges has been transformed into a full-time productivity suite by building personal workstations to house our growing number of anchor tenants.

For an affordable monthly rent, we offer plug in and go access to high speed internet, a personal workstation, copy and fax capabilities, a comfortable spacious work environment, and a seamless transition into the existing networks under the canopy of Generation Sustain.

Generation Sustain and the GSVS were founded to empower socially and environmentally responsible ventures, creative ideas, sustainable development initiatives, and projects of all magnitudes that aim to be positive and inclusive. We chose to build our business in Shelburne Falls because of the strong sense of place, our relative proximity to major cities, the resources of the Pioneer Valley, and to make sure that our community will flourish throughout harsh economic times and a changing climate by creating opportunity and providing crucial support.

We love visitors so feel free to stop by anytime during normal business hours or for more information on our facility, our prices, and our initiatives, to schedule a walkthrough, to set up a meeting, or to book the conference space, please contact Caleb Dean by phone at 413-531-1928 or by email at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots.
